    Default Mac OS does not boot!

    I got the 'JaS_Mac_OS_10.4.8_SSE2_SSE3.iso' image. I burnt it on to a DVD. After burning i reboot my machine and boot into the DVD. After about 3 minutes it says 'CPU Halted' on a black screen and white text and my machine shut down. I tried to boot with all the boot options like -v and -x and all the stuff. Then i changed the CPU settings in BIOS but it crashes again.Then i tried to boot with some kind of boot cd's like chameleon or iBoot or stuff lick that. Final-the shut down. Then i restored the JaS_Mac_OS... image on to my 8 GB Kingston USB-Stick and installed a bootloader on it. I reboot and boot into the USB-Stick and it stops at a problem with ACPI. Then i installed the AppleACPIPlatform.kext on to the stick and reboot again. The message with 'CPU Halted' comes again and my pc shut down.
    I spent about 6 hours but final i could not fix the problem!
    Please help me, it is making me so sick!

    BootCd`s only work with Retail DVD`s... (The best and easy way)

    For distro`s, you need to have lot of patience to get it working....

    Try this flag`s at Distro boot...

    cpus=1 busratio=XX arch=i386 -x -v

    Change XX for the number of your processor BusRatio (google it)...

    And... if not works... try a retail install following this topic...

    I hope it helps.
