Default Windows 7 won't boot after iAtkos v7 install

Hi all i've already reinstalled windows once today because after I installed OS X the windows boot loader gave me an error each time I tried to boot(using recovery disks wouldnt work either). Tried again with fresh partitions and same thing happened. Posting this using a ubuntu live cd because I don't want to do anything else yet until I know whats wrong. I could be wrong but from what i see os x is rewriting the mbr and windows cant repair it. I remember a setting in the os x install about choosing mbr or gpt and i chose mbr. was that right? or was i meant to choose gpt?

Thanks fixed it. Also one other issue, the hackintosh never seems to shut down. when i shut it down and then boot back into it, it starts as if it was in sleep mode i dont get a login screen just the same screen it was on when i clicked shut down. It does the same for clicking restart.

    Any ideas?

For shutdown/restart, install EvOreboot.kext, for sleep, find the SleepEnabler.kext for your current OS X version...
