OK got it, checked the builtinEthernet and previewed. The lines you mentioned earlier are there. I also did instant menu (not sure exactly what that does). Generated the file and saved. Do I need to do anything with the install and update tab at top of screen? Or do I just reboot at this juncture? Through OSX86 Tools backup kernel and kexts?

No...
Beside Instant Menu option that just enable the "Boot Device Selection" screen, you only choose options that can`t broke you system right???
For example, you don`t have to use GraphicsEnabler if your video is already activated...
If you did not set possible "dangerous" options, just reboot the system and boot using -f -v flags...

ok I activated instant menu and now it doesn't see anything, should see CD, OSX, and Windows 7. I rebooted, system came right up with 2 extra files on desktop, and yes it does see com.apple.Boot.plist. Tried to access machine (OSX machine) via Teamviewer, and it panic'ed. I went from the OSX machine out to a Win 7 machine and it will a worked fine.
Inbound is still a problem. I am on east coast of US, sleep now and look forward to replies.

What`s your Lan Device???
If you don`t have sure, use system info > System Info - Downloads - OSx86.net

10ec;Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.;8139;RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+;Network controller;Ethernet controller
per sysinfo
Use system info to see what kext the system is using for your device...
After this, go to the /System/Library/Extensions folder and delete the kext...
Use KextHelper b7 and install this kext > Realtek R1000 (Realtek 8168/8111) 64 bit! - Downloads - OSx86.net
Reboot, boot using -f -v flags, make your tests and check if everything is working...
[EDIT]
Before delete your current Lan kext, make a backup in case of something goes wrong...
