Thread: Leopard or Tiger on Acer TravelMate 4070?

Hey. I want to try to install OS X on my old laptop. It is a Intel Pentium M 1.8 ghz, 1 gb ram and intel 915GM 128 mb graphics. Due to me only having 1 gb ram, should i try leopard or tiger? if so whatever, what version should i try? a modded like hazard or iatkos or anything like that?

Tiger is too old. You'll have probs with updates etc.
I had great success with Kalyway 10.5.2, I simply inserted it into the ODD and other than using the Disk utility I didn't touch anything.
Only trouble with that is the update path is a pain in the proverbial.
I then went to iATKOS V7, which is 10.5.7 and from there the 10.5.8 update is easy.
