Thread: NEED HELP, AMD athlon II X2 can't boot after install 10.6.3 thx!

Hi,I'm totally new to OSX. Lately I am trying to install Mac OS X 10.6.3 on my Windows XP, but never succeeded.
Always the same problem. After about 40mins installation, I was told that "computer can not restart, installation failed etc."--sorry, i don't know what the exact words are, because i chose Chinese as default language.

Then if I pushed the reboot button, just the grey background with apple logo in the center in front of me, stuck there.
I don't know whether there is something wrong with the legacy kernel or missing important drivers or other reasons!

AMD Athlon II X2 240 2.8GHz
AMD 770 AMD k10 Chipset
2GB DDR3 1333MHz
ATI Radeon HD 5400 Series

Operating System:
Windwos XP Professional SP3
