    Default 10.6.6 to 10.6.8 Acer TravelMate 7520

    Hi guys,

First of all thank you for reading. I got an old acer travelmate laptop currently running osx 10.6. I tried to upgrade to 10.6.8. After this. Nothing is working anymore. I do get into the system. Some items are not working. I hope someone can help me out with this.

    System Spec:
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual-core mobile technology TK-53
    ATI M690G Chipset
ATI Radeon X1250 integrated 3D graphics with up to 896 MB of HyperMemory
    17" WXGA+ TFT LCD, 1440 x 900 pixel resolution

Gigabit Ethernet, supporting ASF (Alert Standard Format) 2.0, Wake-on-LAN ready
Acer InviLink 802.11b/g Wi-Fi CERTIFIED solution supporting Acer SignalUp wireless technology
Bluetooth 2.0+EDR Enhanced Data Rate (selected models)

Even more details: Acer Support: TravelMate 7520 Series Specifications

    cpu-x on Windows

    What did i do.
    - OSX MOD-cd
    - install retail mac os
    - currently running on 10.6
    - Wireles card works
    - Sound works
    - Videocard works at 1024x768

    Tried to get to 10.6.8
    - install 10.6.8 combo update.
    - Run legacy_kernel-10.8.0.v2.pkg

10.6.8 installation goes well and is at 10.6.8 but.
    - No videocard higher then 1024 * 768
    - Sound working perfectly
    - No wireless card
    - No LAN

Thank you very much in advance
