You should try some other method, apart from boot cd's... If you don't have Mac, or friend with Mac or Hack , you could try with iAtkos L1 (Lion distro).

Busratio flag is correct for your processor, so you should use it with iAtkos too.

Simply download iAtkos L1 from the link.

    Burn the dvd.

    Boot with flags and install.

You don't need boot cd's to boot iAtkos L1 distro.

I guess there is no difference! Sorry, my mistake!

I tought that something is not right with tour copy of iAtkos... Sorry again.

I will repeat, you don't need boot cd's for iAtkos, try to boot only that dvd with flags and it should be ok.

I did get Lion installed for my girlfriend's K42JR laptop. Not sure if it's the same as yours (her's is an i5) but I managed to get most of it working except for the occasional kernel panic during startup.

Other issues I've encountered so far mostly to do with power as sleep/shutdown works only erratically.

There's QE/CI graphics but I have to do mirrorring of the display in the display setting as weirdly enough it sees it as two displays.

Other things that don't work (most likely needs dsdt patching or drivers but haven't had the time to explore yet):
No ethernet, wireless works ok except I have issues with some 802.11n routers
No HDMI audio as of yet
CD drive does not work according to my girlfriend.
    Trackpad does not work.
The SD slot does not work.
