Thread: which version of a hacked osx lion do i use? Acer aspire 5742 specs & etc inside :D

ok so i have an Acer Aspire 5742 laptop
acer bios 1.25
core i3 380m @2.53ghz
intel hd graphics
atheros ar5b97 wireless
intel audio
6gb DDR3
intel 5 series/3400 chipset
640 hdd toshiba mk6465gsx ata
my bios is set to ahci by default
thats bout all i can customize in it lol

im just looking for a version of a Hackintosh OS X Lion that i can install that will work
closes i got was wit hazards snow leopard bout after successful install then on restart apple
loading screen came on with no panic but also without a spinning progress wheel....
just stayed on that screen

also other versions i used of snow leopard would just restart after first apple loading screen with
no panic just grey apple screen then black then restart..... i donno its weird

if anyone could help that'd be awesome

sorry but your graphics r not gonna be to cool .
unless its a desktop = u can add a nvidia card
u need access to a mac. or a hack

its a laptop so i dont have many (if any) options for the graphics card
and when i try booting into any installer the apple grey screen pops up
and the computer restarts.... without any panic notice
i got one installer to work ihazard but i had to put in
cpus=4 busratio=19 =arch=i386
installer worked fine but on the restart it gets the the loading screen
and just stays there (grey apple and spinning wheel)
and i left it there for hrs

use these boot flags; arch=i386 cpus=1 busratio=19 -v -f

take a pic where it gets stuck and post it

so i use iatkos L1 and same thing just stock loading after install
donno if i checking all the rite pkgs in thee install
i believe its my cpu but i donno. i took a pick. ill upload it in a min
or i can check it out on twitter @iPerry4

also i donno if this helps but i dont have to typeanything in to boot
into the iAtkos L1 installer from DVD

you did not enter the flags correctly by the looks of your pic.

when u boot and chameleon shows quickly push f8 and the countdown will stop

then enter the flags manually with key board then push enter

i needed a usb keyboard at the start up for the first time untill i installed the kext

all the kext files are included in the link above
this install requires a dual boot computer
