Thread: [Help Needed!] Acer Aspire 5740G (i5-430m, 4GB DDR3, ATI 5650M 1GB GDDR3)

Hello people!

I have a problem with my notebook, I installed Lion 10.7.2 and I have almost everything working, including:

- WLAN
- LAN
- Webcam
- Sleep
- Touchpad

but not my ATI Mobility Radeon 5650M. I have followed this thread: http://www.osx86.net/view/1502-qe-ci......_lion!.html, but when I boot Lion with GraphicsEnabler=Yes, AtiConfig=Hoolock, all I get is a black screen. I sorted out my edid already, so it is not a problem, but I can't get the 5650 to work.

Please help me somehow, it is all I need to get a perfect hackintosh running!

I'll try it, thanks man. Although I saw a thread where a guy wanted to sell a laptop exactly same as mine, and on the screenshots, he had full res and qe/ci with his 5650M. Somehow we should contact him.
