Probably your hardware is not properly configured.

I think intel vga is causing the problem. If U have any nvidia old pcie graphic card like 8xxx,9xxx series, u will be able to resolv this issue. Your other hardware is campatable with osx.

U can try drivers (Kexts) from this link http://www.osx86.net/downloads.php?do=cat&id=7

Thanks for the reply. I have figured it out. The problem was that i cannot launch any thing when i boot up my system. Even i cannot open terminal window. Nothing was working for me. So i just download the update from the apple website from my other system and saved into a USB then i again boot up my system with boot-able DVD (Lion OS x Setup DVD) and from there i open the system utility and mount the update and then i open terminal window and install the package from there. After installing the package i reboot my system and it was working like a charm. Now i am looking for my drivers, My Ethernet card is not working my sound is not working and my screen resolution is 1024 * 768 because i don't have installed the VGA card drivers. The link you mentioned in your post will support my VGA? and one more thing i have downloaded the kext wizard and install the kext file for Ethernet card through it, but it is not installed, i mean it installed without an error but i cannot find my Ethernet card working. Is there any other thing i should do to make my Ethernet card operational? Your help will be highly appreciated. Thx

I had one more issue regarding my VGA, I just installed GT520 2GB PCIe Vga card on my pc now i am struck on the apple screen while its booting up. When i removed the card and boot with my intel built-in Vga card Lion osx is loaded perfectly. I tried to install the OSX Lion again but it hangs on the apple logo screen. Can you please help me to resolve this issue. Thx
