Thinking of building a new media PC with OSX 10.7 Lion.

Have downloaded iATKOS_L2 in preparation

I'm looking at some hardware to buy for this and considering the following. I'm on a tight budget.

Intel Core i3 2120
Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H
G-Skill 8GB
OCZ 120GB Agility 3 SSD

Already have a Nvidia GTX 460


Can you make any recommendations? Will this setup work?
