Thread: Lion 10.6.4 ASUS UL80JT 90% Operational ****NEED HELP****

Hello Team, First I want to say that you guys are doing some wonderful things!!!! I am new to this forum however I am not new to Hacknitosh. I previously Installed only on VM's. I felt that I wanted to start a new project, I have searched the the Threads but I am unable to a solution to my problem...

Like I said I have an
ASUS UL80JT
i3 4GB Ram
Intel 80GB SSD
NVidia 310m optmius

This was installed with unibeast+Lion 10.7.0 App store APP Then Updated FLAWLESSLY to 10.7.4
The issue I have is randomly it will hang on the Apple logo( no im not a noob) {PCI Configuration Begins} even with the PCI fix.Then I boot to the "Clone Back up" I made which boots fine, I restart to this HDD and then it boots in flawlessly, I fell like its gettin hung on something that when I boot to a different HDD, this one because mounted and it fixes the "issue"

In Addition I can not get the microphone to work which is a back burner problem.

I am Currently posting this from the working boot.....any thoughts?

Hey I have the same exact laptop and I've been trying to install Mac OS X on it for the longest time with no success. Can you please send me a tutorial on how you did it?

What do you mean 'random' here? You can only boot into 10.7.4 after restart from your clone/backup disk. And you think your 10.7.4 is well mounted after running the backup. And I guess you also have same version of bootloader for both HDDs. Please correct me if I'm wrong. So here, you may use Disk Utility from your backup to verify your 10.7.4 disk. Hope it isn't corrupted.

PCI Fix??? Good to know exactly what you've done so that I also the rest of us can appreciate your knowledge.
