Question [SOLVED] Computer time issue with dual booting OSX and Win7

I successfully installed Lion on my Dell N5110 with dual boot (Win7 and OSX).

There is one issue though. When I adjust computer time in Lion, time in Win7 becomes 3 hours ahead. When I correct it under win7, then the time in Lion becomes 3 hours back.

In other words, when I correct the time in one of the os, the other one becomes wrong.

    Any ideas to solve it?

Woa, I don't understand why I didn't come accross that while I was searching for a solution. Sorry for the repost.

    Thanks a lot.
