Are you saying that your mouse does not move at all.

In order to assist you post your system specs...MB, CPU, amount of ram, whether or not your mouse and/or keyboard are USB or PS/2.

Is this a laptop that you are trying to install Lion onto??

It's OK , Just change the boot loader or wait 10 minutes ! Bootloader used : Chimera.
