I installed Mac Os X 10.7 on HP dc7800 small form factor. I managed after lots of trials to get Sound, LAN, Nvidia video card, HP printer and scanner working.

The only remaining problem is that the system does not see a dvd installed (neither in system information). I have 2 Sata HDD installed in first and second SATA slots and the DVD is on third.

Is it a driver problem which can be solved by kexts or a compatibility problem with MAC in general

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

I thought of something and it give it a try and I understood the problem

the system can only see the first 2 SATA drives. I replaced the DVD with HDD slots and now it sees the DVD rom but the second HDD disappeared

So any Help on how it ould see 3 SATA devices ??

    Thanks
