Yes using a virtual machine of Lion or SL or even ML you can make a bootable Mac distro. Which distro are you thinking of making and do you already have the distro downloaded.

Default myHack is probably your answer

Since you have the .DMG files of both Mountain Lion and Lion you can use myHack to create a bootable USB drive installer from either one of them. Myhack is a fantastic tool that I have used about a dozen times with Lion and ML. There is a tutorial on how to use it on its site.

The error message you get...are you typing -v at the beginning of your attempted install. Here is a site with a list of boot flags and explanations as to what each one means.

Also since you have both Intel and Nvidia graphics on your system you probably can turn off the Nvidia card in your bios.

Before you install the OS are you going into disk utility and formatting the HDD Mac OS X Journalled?? One of the lines of the pic shows that it is trying to run on an NTFS partition. OS X will not run on an NTFS partition. The pic shows a Windows partition on it already.

On the AMD system that I have Niresh installed onto I don't even use Safari. It will not install flash player onto it. I use Firefox or Chrome for Mac instead.

I never tried sound.. I installed a Soundblaster Audigy card that works great with the kXAudioDriver-1.11b0 audio driver. Wifi is a challenge on any Hackintosh...either desktop or Laptop. Take a look around this site...it has lots of info that will help.
