Hello all...thanks for the help in advance.

I went through and installed Mountain Lion, but I get a Kernel Panic. Tried various kexts and dsdt settng to fix, but still have the same problem.

System Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz
Asus P5B-E Motherboard
6GB DDR2 667 Ram
Western Digital WD400BD-22JMA0 40GB SATA Hard Drive
EVGA GeForce 7900 GTO Video Card

Oddly enough, I've removed AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext and AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementClient.kext and installed NullCPUPowerManagement.kext and it still throws the AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement error.

Please help...not sure where to go from here.
