Thread: APU's?

I have a Sony Vaio laptop, the vpcel22fx/b to be precise. It has an AMD e-450, 1.65GHz with an AMD Radeon 6320,an APU. I can get snow leopard (10.6.6) up and running fine, but when i shut down, i start having problems. I used the hazard 10.6.61 installation with Chameleon RC5, and i used the boot flags ' -v -x -s busratio=8 arch=i386" and it gives me the 'still waiting for root device' error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It`s not your APU, it`s your installation method...

Try using Nawcom ModCD + OS X Snow Leopard Retail DVD...

I can`t find full specs about your APU... To find the correct busratio value, use the formula "PROCESSOR FREQUENCY / FSB"...

Example = "1650/250=8" = "busratio=8"

Adapt the flag`s below to start the installation process...
