Default Anybody knows how to patch AppleHDA for Realtek ALC889?

Hello. I have a MSI X58 Pro-E and it comes with ALC889 codec, but I have used lots of patched AppleHDA for ALC889, like Toleda's one, and I still can't hear anything.

I have been following this tutorial:

[HOW TO] Patch AppleHDA - Knowledge Base - Project OS X Forums

but I don't know if I'm doing the right things. Can anyone help me to patch it?

    Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure for MSI but on Gigabyte this works: ALC889-OSX10.7.2 - Downloads - OSx86.net

First, you need to binary patch it and add modified Platforms.xml and layout889.xml files to AppleHDA.kext>Contents/Resources (use HDAWizard) < vanilla as possible

Second, you need to patch your dsdt.aml file for ALC889 codec + use a Legacy kext that suits you

Hello, I tried that, but it doesn't work, I still can't hear anything, but the audio seems enabled, and of course, I have my DSDT.aml patched with the HDEF section.
