I installed the same Mainboard GA-Z77-u5h with core i7 and Nvidia GTX 275.
Installation runs perfect. Update is no problem.
I tried to install the Nvidia GTX 280 as well, but the nvenabler stops at boot up.
So, I need to find kext for GTX285 as well.

For GA-P67X-UD3-B3 I installed kext for ALC889 using EasyBeast 4.5.2 and
    also using user DSDT BIOS-f7.
Same on GA-P67A-UD3-B3 using EasyBeast 4.5.2 for ALC882.
You have to select patched ALC889/ALC882 kext and the other ALC889/ALC882 kext.
With user DSDT you can also select ALC8XX kext and the two other kexts.

For GA-Z77-u5h the patched ALC898 kext is still not available.
I think it will last some more weeks or up to two months until next MultiBeast 4.5.x releases support.
I will try to update to BIOS-f5 version and install it again selecting ALC8xx + AppleHDA rollback + ALC898 kext.
If I get a noise out of it I will tell you.
But this is a point we have to work on, because GA-Z77 chipset is the only except GA-Z68 chipset that is still sold in the shops here.

So, if someone can already tell about the patched ALC898 kext or how to enable sound using DSDT
    Please tell us. )

This works, are you still having trouble with it?

In Multibeast, the choices are under Kexts & Enablers, Audio:

    (1) ALC8xxHDA
    (2) AppleHDA Rollback
    (3) Non-DSDT HDAEnabler for ALC898

    Works like a charm.

There is a known issue with that MB. Try this AppleHDA:

    AppleHDA.kext.zip

I'm telling you it works because I installed it and immediately got sound from 3 different ports on the MB.
