Thread: digidesign mbox 2 micro please help

please help me, i have digidesign mbox 2 micro for USB but not working, before i have it on 10.6.4 and working, but after update to 10.6.5 now working, so i reinstall to 10.6.4 and right now is dont working, i dont know why, pleeeaseeee heeeelpppppp meee

Did you try to role back the usb kext it a standard fix inc in multibeast

yes, i try, and nothing

and one else strange thing - when boot and first time from boot push play on any audio file, it is playing, but only for a second....and then stop playing, after reebot exactly same, so i have sound only first time for one second...and in build audio is alc888s, which we dont have any working kext

im new, im noob, i have msi notebook, with intel i7, so iBoot + original 10.6.3 dvd, + update to 10.6.4 and after that multibeast...nothing else....i have all except my wifi - intel agn5100 + audio - alc888s, no kext for them so i wanna youse my mbox 2 micro

Have you tryed THE voodoohda kext in multibeast?

yes i tried almost every kext i found for alc888 and also voodoohda, but without success but default applehda and also voodoohda found on my onboard 888s some 4x line out and 4x hdmi out, but no sound out of my jacks....

SO FINALLY i solve it, i update to 10.6.5 and after five days finding i found from pro tools 9 update working driver for snow leopard, which is not normally on site here is the link, i upload it here....

and for my internal sound card, alc 888s, if someone FIND solution for it, i will be happy to use my internal notebook speaker with no usb audio plugged in
