I installed with iBoot + MultiBeast, and everything works well except no sound. I checked the box for kexts & enablers>audio>Realtek ALC8xx>ALC8xxHDA. I thought this would do it, but it didn't. I looked on some forums, and they said to install 2 kexts with kext helper (can't remember, they were linked to the post, but I think like apple and something HDA). I did this, and the first reboot gave me like a puff of wind sound when I booted up, but nothing else (itunes won't even play, the scrubber won't even move.)
Any suggestions? The main thing is I don't understand the concept of these things, or the DSDT, so I can't take what someone else has and change that... AAGGGHHHH!! I don't like not knowing things! lol
