Thread: [GUIDE] Installing ATI Radeon HD4350 Graphics Card on Mac OS X lion

Hey guys, hey alexmathayes,

I have a Sapphire 4350 and I got it working with your guide without the EVOEnabler (what does it do, anyways...O_o), thanks a lot. All resolutions are working, VGA and HDMI also, though DVI doesn't seem to do anything. However, I have one problem left. I can't run anything 3D / OpenGL related. When I start Chess or a game from the AppStore, the system hangs. I can move the mouse and the sound also keeps working, but I can't click on anything or input any user commands. As if the "layer bellow the mouse" is frozen. Did you experience something similiar? Thanks.

Hey for all nice guy here, im new..
i have several question for you.. i have asus eah hd 4350, i think i have chance to make my vga card works perfectly on my Lion (iATKOSL2) but after following any tutorial on internet.. including tut by anarchintos and alex.. all result is no goal..

The question is..

Everytime i put in my graphic card (Asus Eah HD4350) to my pc, after bios screen, my screen monitor is like to be in sleep mode, so i use graphic onboard to follow your tutorial, after all.. i put in my graphic card again, but the result is same,monitor screen to be like in sleep mode (after bios screen appearring.)
But if i boot dvd with snow leopard, my monitor is normal..(but after installing, my monitor screen appear black artiffact).
What happen with my graphic card, that is normal?!

and for all tutorial above, which prefer architecture did you use?! 64bit or 32bit..?! i;ve try all arch.. the result is the same.. my monitor screen came to sleep mode..

Please help me.. i nedd your guide.

Have you set the onboard card to be disabled, when you put in a physical card in the bios?

No.. theres nothing menu to disable any onboard card on my bios. my mobo is Gigabyte GA-945-GCM S2C. correct me if iam wrong.
but if i plugin another screen monitor (borrowed from my mate screen), my screen work normally.. and can display anything.
and if i boot with snow leopard with my own screen pluged.. there nothing happen. not for iatkos l2 dvd installer..
hope anybody can help my problem, cause this is only one my screen.. i can't to buy another new screen yet.. please help me..

Oh yesss.... now my ASUS ATi EAH 4350 working in snow leopard. but the Apple Logo got to be Green color..
each time opened 3D app like 3D Chess, GLview.. my snow leopard to be freeze (hang).

I follow tutorial by talal.

anybody here can solve green apple issue..?! please help..
