This isn't going to really be a full guide on how to do it but I thought I would share my steps for getting this working on my computer since the motherboard was pretty illusive to find any proper steps on.
My specs are:
P5Q-E
Core2Duo Quad Core Q8400 at 3.37 ghz (overclocked)
4 GB Ram
EVGA Geforce GTX 560 (not ti)
3 hard drives
For Bluetooth I'm using a Rocket Fish Bluetooth Dongle with a Magic Trackpad, all functions work perfectly
(Model number: RF-MRBTAD)
Start, Shutdown, Restart work, Sound works, network works (only on one network port), all usb ports work with no issues that I've encountered thus far.
I installed the OS using UniBeast and a copy of Lion downloaded off my Mac Book Pro this had no problems and I could boot into the OS without doing any kind of mucking around in command lines.
For the graphics card (Geforce GTX 560 (NON TI) I used this

I only installed the GTX drivers but I didn't install the ATY_Init (or whatever it's called) since when I did it gave me a kernel panic upon boot. After wards I couldn't get my display on both of my monitors so I followed this guide

and that got it to start working properly.
**Update**
Since this post I ended up adding my deviceid to the that nvidia kext thing (this method can be found easily just google it), at first for some reason my video card wasn't detected so I ended up installed ATY_Int from those threads and it detected it fine. The reason for this is because I would get bad lag in video games like Day of Defeat Source and whenever I did the 4 finger swipe to my dock screen there would be white boxes everywhere on the windows. Sometimes transparency would randomly flash as well and it was getting on my nerves.
For the ethernet I had to follow the instructions located here
Snow Leopard OsX on Asus P5Q-E
Scroll down to the bottom where it talks about editing the System/Library/Extensions/IONetworkingFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleYukon2.kext/Contents/Info.plist file it should all be there.
Remember that this only enables one of the ethernet ports and to turn on show hidden files, I didn't initially and couldn't find the info.plist file that they were talking about.
-Edit- First time I did this I didn't have to go into System Preferences > Network but this time I did I just hit ok and then it loaded fine on its own after that
Sound was the hardest part and unfortunately I don't remember where I found the drivers but it was on one of these helpful forums. probably somewhere on insanelymac but I still have the download link as I wrote it down
Archive.zip (1,53 MB) - uploaded.to
I installed this using KextWizard and redid all the permissions and after that it worked every time.
My only problem was that when I gave sleep mode a shot my entire computer became unresponsive I ended up having to reinstall it from scratch because trying to boot wouldn't yield any results, freezing at the firewire loading and going into the disc utility to repair permissions or do anything of that sort didn't do anything.
Sorry if this is a bit messy to read but I hope that I at least helped someone get their computer working, thanks!
