Hi, Thanks for the guide it's great.

However I'm having problems, after selecting the OS X install DVD the process stops with the following lines of text:

    MAC Framework successfully initialized
using 10485 buffer headers and 4096 cluster IO buffer headers
    IOAPIC: Version ox21 vectors 64:87

It stops at the same point everytime, does anyone have any suggestions?

    Many thanks.

    My hardware specs are:
    MB: ASUS M4A87TD/USB3
    AMD Athlon II x6 1055t
    Nvidia GTX 460
    8GB (2x4gb OCZ DDR3 PC3-10666 1333MHz)

    Try with this flag's > cpus=1 Maxmem=2048 arch=i386 -v

Also, some people that uses GTX460 have some issues during the OS X install...

If you have another Video card or if your MOBO have OnBoard video, try only the install
    without the GTX460...

And if you got any freeze or Kernel Panic, take a picture of the entire screen and place here...

nawcom's ModCD 0.3.1 and USB version, BootCD 1.5, BootCD 1.6 .. quite all out there :-)
I believe the 8xx chipsets with 850 SouthBridge are not supported.

    Edit:

Now I will try install OSX from another PC to a HDD .. install an AMD kernel and all Kexts I find and hope it will work.

    Probably works!!!

    Because
    YOU WILL NEED

A computer running an Intel Processor
    A blank CD
A Mac OS X Snow Leopard Retail DVD
    ....
so I don't think it will work on AMD processors ?

    The focus is the Kernel...

I have almost sure that works...
