This one is a great replacement for AttansicL1Ethernet.kext which was not working after waking up from sleep. It had to be reloaded manually.
Works on my Asus P5KC crosflashed with P5KR bios. Should work on other Asus models with AttansicL1 network chip.

asus p5kc / lion 10.7.2 iatkos after install i had no ethernet connection, this kext is working, but i need to choose ip-address manually (using DHCP with manual address) thanx for this kext |
