I love this place. The design and layout is great. Recently, the abundance of resources here have become more and more important to me. Thank you so much for this incredible wealth of information.

I appreciate that in the downloads sections you list compatibility with Mac OS X versions (Leopard, Snow Leopard, and Lion). However, I believe that it is a tremendous oversight to leave out Tiger compatibility. Where old machines fail to run these systems, they often run OS X 10.4.x Tiger very nicely. OS X 10.4.8 is incredibly stable. For music production, graphics, and web browsing, there is nothing at all wrong with Tiger. I run it alongside the later versions of the OS. When everything else fails, Tiger usually fills the bill. (For the interested, the 10.4.8 installer by JaS was very simple to use, and is a great starter version of OSX86). Tiger is a valid and integral part of the OSX86 experience, and kext compatibility should certainly be listed if it is known. Any thoughts?

I tried that in the past, but there was absolutely no interest whatsoever for it. Sorry.

    Cool User Build thread....?

I have nothing but good things to say about the layout and usability of your forum, but I have noticed that you don't have a section for successful member builds, where folks can present their systems in full color for everyone to enjoy. Of course it would include full system specs, OS type and the like.

Just a thought, I know it is a bit of a resource hog for hosting images, but maybe users can host their own images thus cutting down on the bandwidth use. We could have contests for the best user build of the month or whatever.

Let me know what you think,

    Cheers
