How to install Lion on AMD Phenom II X4 955?

Hi guys,

I would like to install Mac OS X on VM 8 and I cant it :(

I tryed to install Snow Leopard and Lion, but its impossible!!!

I installed VM 8, used patchs, but I just saw green screen with Apple logo.

Error message:

Lion - "The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. Power off or reset de virtual machine."

Snow Leopard - "A fault has occurred causing virtual CPU to enter the shutdown state. If this fault had occurred outside of a virtual machine, it would have caused the physical machine to restart. The shutdown state can be reached by incorrectly configuring the virtual machine, a bug in the guest operating system, or a problem in VMware Worksation. Click to restart the virtual machine or Cancel to power off virtual machine."

I had hability SVM on Bios. I guess it is virtualization on AMD, right?

My PC configuration:

- AMD Phenom II X4 955

- Motherboard Asus M4A77/USB3

- 8 GB Memory RAM DDR3

- Video NVIDIA GeForce GT 430 1 Gb

Is it possible to use Lion? How to install it?
