Default Will 10.7.2 break my install system?

Hey, I have Lion retail installed with some modified kexts for sound, graphics, wireless, and ethernet. I'm really nervous about applying the update. It actually took me until just the other day do install the 10.7.1 update even though it was really nothing. So is there much I should be worried about for this update?

Upgraded to 10.7.2 and everything is running smoothly. Haven't/didn't notice any problems.
