Through the Snow Leopard Installer`s Disk Utility, partition you disk with GUID (GPT) partition scheme and create one partition for OS X in HFS+ and one more for Windows in FAT32...

Install OS X, reboot and start the Windows installation...

From the Windows installer, format your FAT32 partition in NTFS and install Windows...

After the installation finishes, use your BootCD to boot your already installed OS X...

    Install Chameleon and enjoy...

    I believe no...

This process is only if you will install OS X and Windows on the same HDD...

What I did with my 500GB drive:

Boot into the Snow Leopard installer, partitioned my drive to the GUID Partition Table, made two partitions (300GB for Windows FAT, 150GB for HFS+ Journaled), quit the installer, install Windows, and then afterwards install Mac OS X and then install Chameleon boot loader.

You may do Mac OS X or Windows first.

When I turn my laptop on, I get the choice of two OS's to boot from. Mac OS X is default.
