Try different versions of VoodooHDA > Downloads - voodoohda - High Definition Audio (HDA) driver for Mac OS X - Google Project Hosting

PS: Remove AppleHDA.kext from /System/Library/Extensions first...

    Hi kyndder,

Thank you for a quick response.

I Remove AppleHDA.kext from /System/Library/Extensions but when tryed to put an unzip VoodooHDA.kext.2.7.2-10.6 which is VoodooHDA.kext, I received a statement: System extension cannot be used The ststem extenseion "/System/Library/Extension/VoodooHDA.kext" was installed improperly and cannot be used.

    Thank you for your Help.

If you don`t have the PKG installer you need to install kexts using Kext Wizard...

Thank you for that Kext Wizard - it works!! It seems like the VoodooHDA.kext is wrong but I will keep on trying. I will let you know. Thanks

You did it? I'm trying also with the P8H61-I and I can't make the audio... I even have the integrated video HD2000 of my i3 2100 working with full resolution, using the kext of a chinnese forum I found that makes it work as a HD3000, but the audio is not even recognized.

I tried with many versions of VoodooHDA.kext, installing with kext utility, but nothing.

    I used iAtkos L1.

    Someone?
