Not good as the system refused to boot into mac osx, it just kept reseting lol

so remove

still not booting just panics

an upload it here... i cannot solve your problem if you don't tell me why it panics!

err i just put back the old one which i had and im back into the system, dont have a camera or my phone on me at the moment lol

it's very strange! you have chameleon but you are using com.apple.boot.plist..... never seen..... try to install Chimera... it supports NVidia....
