Thread: magic mouse three finger lagging

hi guys. i bought magic mouse today for a better MAC experience.

i have paired it with some bluetooth dongle that i bought from ebay.

it is working very nice but when i place more than three fingers, the mouse won't move for few seconds. it is just frozen literary. after few seconds, it comes back to normal. it will just freeze every time if more than three fingers are touched to the surface of the magic mouse. up to two fingers are working as normal.

i think it is something to do with the bluetooth dongle. maybe three finger gesture is too much data transfer for this dongle.

anyone has similar problems?? should i buy a better one and it will fix??

I've had the same issues with the magic mouse and a cheapo bt dongle on a Mac pro, with the internal Bluetooth it just works fine. So I'd suggest you try another dongle, from what I heard the Belkin work okay.
