    Default Boot0:error

i messed up my computer really bad. today I installed iatkos l2 but it wouldnt boot it just stayed at the apple loading screen, i did a google search but i couldnt find a fix for the problem. so i decided to erase it so i could reinstall it. i didnt know how to erase it but i thought if i went under disk management and erase the disk it was on maybe it would work. so i did. and now every time i turn on my computer it says Boot0:error. i can access my computer if i have the iatkos disk in and press f12 and select cd/dvd drive. it will send me to the iatkos menu where i can select windows. but how can i get my computer back to normal. i am running windows 7
