Default 10 Minutes Blue Screen before login screen. Acer 5740g Ati 5650

    Hi everybody,

I have been trying to install macos on my laptop. I can install it without problems. The problem was to install the gfx correctly. Once I get it working, i get a 10 minutes blue screen before login screen.

I used this method: How to install iAtkos L2 on Acer Aspire 5740g - YouTube
((Really thanks to Hospell for this resource))

    In resume:

    1º Intall iatkos l2
    2º Update my org.charmeleon.Boot.plist, adding
    <key>AtiConfig</key>
    <string>Hoolock</string>
    <key>Boot Graphics</key>
    <string>Yes</string>

3º Update my DisplayProductID-717 file with my own EDID
4º Repair permissons with Disck utility
    5º Run kext utility
    6º Install chimera 1.7 bootloader
7º Repair permissons with Disck utility
    8º Run kext utility
    9º Reboot --> Blue Screen 10 minutes --> I have full res

After that I reboot the computer, it starts to boot, apple logo loading and, after that an annoying blue screen for 10 minutes.

Hospell, who has the same computer but with i5 instead of i7 told me the first time he installed it, He had de same problem, but reinstalled and it works properly.

I'm not so lucky and every time I reinstall everything the blue screens returns.

Please I will appreciate any help or advise because Im stuck here. Also If anybody knows any other method to make it works it will be great

    Really thanks a lot!

    Finally I did it!!!
TIp: if you get stuck in boot, use the usb or disc of iatkos to boot from there, it have a clean boot manager.

I solved the blue screen by installing the last version of multi beast, after that it stop working but it was because the installation modified de boot plist. I wrote the boot plist again and I get it working perfect!!!

I go through all the installation and I also have the blue screen for many minutes, then the Lion boots up.
I then seem to loose my WIFI and double touch on touchpad but I do seem to have full resolution.

What do you mean by installing multibeast?
All of its components or which ones?

Please help I don't know what to do..
