tried unpluging and repluging? to me it sounds like a kexts problem. oh yah, there are some known bugs on usb kexts with 10.6.5 update, my use ports became all un-useable after that update, rolling back to 10.6.2 might be a good idea.

im not pro at this but i did have no dependency problem after stright update to 10.6.6. used a clone back to 10.6.5 then update to 10.6.6 but before restart installed 10.6.2 usb rollback, then i never had this problem again...

its a very very strange thing, right now i don't have the "dependencies" i don't get those messages anymore.... (reinstalled the system, from 10.6.2 straight to 10.6.6).

but i have noticed that some times when i turn on the pc ... just normally... let it boot .. right .. when done i open safari and pufff all usb ports stops working, i tried to change the ports of mouse and keyboard but its useless because are the PORTS! , now sometimes i turn on the pc boots up i open safari and don't happen... and i spend the rest of the day just normally on the system... so like i said its a very very strange thing maybe something its loading good sometimes and other times not. i have not been able to determine the cause of this, nothing that calls my attention and say "this could be". :/ it only happens like once in 3 or 4 days... its a very random issue.

did you try repairing the kext files and permissions?
2 are you using a dsdt file? yes? is the usb fix in there ?
did you try rolling back the usb driver from 10.6.2?
