I don`t know how to use kexts from kexts.com

i have downloaded the kext P8P67SATAControllers.kext or other p8p67. and my HackinTosh can`t recognize it.
working with kext like with folders.

What should i do?

Install them using Kext Wizard.app from Downloads section...

Run the app, go in "Installation", drag the kext on the program window and click install...

What is Wizard.app. Where can i get it ?

i have p8p67-m pro and i have used P8P67 Pro Install Package.pkg.zip
after reboot the computer i entered in boot screen with a boot line. or if I tried to go without boot scree I would got error screen “you have to hold power button over 3 second and ……. ”
What should i to do ?

Take a picture in Verbose Mode (-v) of the screen and place here...
