    Smile [Audio] Gigabyte GA EP45T

I install Snow Leopard with no problems on a Gigabyte GA EP45T., however, I have no Audio. It appears when I read: About the Mac. Audio shows info. When I select system Pref. and select the Sound Icon, there's no Audio Input or Out put in the window. I used Kexts to install the Realtek driver and the AC7 driver but still no Audio. Any suggestions? Will a new sound card help?

    I'll wait for your repy.

What do you mean? VoodooHDA is a kext, not a PCIe card.

Do you have the Ep45T-ud3lr? Then you should use the Kakewalk method it's very easy to use and everything should be working fine.

Do you know if this would also work on the GA-EP45-UD3L motherboard?

GA-EP45T-UD3LR and GA-EP45-UD3L have the same soundchip Realtek ALC888 codec.
Give it a try should work.
