Hi i recently installed the 10.6.3 onto my intel system

specs:
Gigabyte G41M-ES2H
2gb ram
500gb hard drive
Asus 8500GT

it recognizes the 8500 gt i used nv enabler and the inject found on kexts.com
then i tried an efi string but it will not show the qe information any help would be great thank you

The Asus 8500GT is a supported card.

1. Undo all video installs like: NVenabler, inject. Remove the ones you have add after install of 10.6.3. You have to try to get a clean install. If you don't, it will not work.
2. Run Kext Utility.
3. Restart and type at boot:
   GraphicssEnabler=yes -v

If it works for you, you can put it in com.apple.Boot.plist
Type in /Extra/com.apple.Boot.plist:

<key>GraphicsEnabler</key>
<string>yes</string>

In 10.6.x you can't see in System Profile if you have CI/QE.
Start Front Row, if you can see everything you have CI/QE.
Start Dashboard en add a widget. If you see a rimple effect you've got CI/QE.

Thank you I'm trying it now. I have logic that I'm installing. And it says I have no vram and no qe/cl working. So I can't through the install.

unfortunately it did not work. I cant figure out how to make logic notice the 512mb of vram I do have

Your Asus 8500GT (Device ID: 0x0421) is a supported card. I have seen many successful installs.
First you have to get the card working with CI/QE (Core Image/Quarts Extreme). See first post.
Only after that it is possible to install Logic!!
Perhaps you can make a clean install to get it working.
What method did you use to install Snow Leopard?

I am having the same issue with my iatkos version installing logic. I did the iatkos v3 and then did the apple update to 10.6.4 then the combo for 10.6.5 i did the Natit and nVidiaenabler. Not sure what to do next.

How do i uninstall the injectors and such

/extra/extensions folder or The system/lib../extesions/ folder there you Will Find these files nvinjec nv enabeler evoenabeler are just Somers of the names that can be used for theese drivers. Remove them. And repair the permisions with kextutil. Then you will have to add the grapicsenabeler yes string to the com.Apple.plist file in the / extra folder.

I am new at this.. can you give me some step by step dummy instructions. like apps to use to edit and such. thanks.

I was forced to revert back to ideneb 10.5.8----- I just could not get the card enabled. I am so uncertain how to change a boot list, and how to view the folders that you are talking about that i need to get rid of before repairing with kext utility. Someone please help me by giving me step by step instructions on how to edit a plist, and such. I would be so grateful. I want to be on the next level of know how when it comes to doing these in depth things.
