    CPU: AMD FX 4100 (4x 4.4Ghz)
    RAM: 12GB DDR3 1333

    Try with this guide:

    http://www.osx86.net/desktops/9746-g...-10-6-amd.html

    You'll need retail Snow Leopard.
    Lenovo g550 / Intel® Core2Duo processor T6600 / RAM - Kingston 6GB DDR3 / Video - Nvidia GeForce G210M
    Mountain Lion 10.8.2

    Thanks. I'll try.

Is there a possibility to run Lion or even Mountain Lion on an AMD-based machine?

And if not, can I update Snow Leopard Retail to 10.6.6 to get the Mac AppStore?

    But Thanks anyway

    Please read all the comments.

Snow Leopard can be updated to 10.6.8.

OK Thank you, but one more question: I have downloaded Mac OS X 10.6.3 Retail. I know you can 'burn' a dmg file to an USB Stick using TransMac, but can Nawcom ModCD boot from it?

You can try, but I think ModCD can't boot it. CAn you use Dual Layer dvd for retail Snow Leopard?

I got Snow Leopard 10.6.3 to work and its even more stabile the distro of Snow Leoard that I had on my Inter-based notebook.

But a few thing don't work:
    Graphics (fixed)
    USB3.0
Bootload (Still have to use CDMod) (fixed)
Only 4GB of 12 GB RAM are recognized
Does not recognize my iPod touch
    Sound not working

    But thanks for your help
