I take it you dont have your radeon card anymore by any chance, iv noticed the 6870 i have theres no updated bios at all for it and its hard to find a bios for it. I have found a bin file for it and i was going to give it a try but i cant get it to boot for some reason any ideas on that. Im using the hp usb tool and format it to fat 32 etc but when i come to boot it i get is an error code when booting.

OK you will need to find someone with the same card with same numbers and get a copy of there bios and reflash with that

thanks for the reply, Thats the bios firmware iv put on and she is really unstable when gaming, she will either play for 2 hours then go off or she will go off with in 5 mins and displays a grey screen or a blue screen with grey lines on it.

Hello Baldyman, in your P6X58D-E extra folder, with which version of the motherboard firmware (701?) the DSDT file was generated ? How did you create the DSDT ?

it works from a music cd. i just tried library, and its not working for me. 10.5.1 as i said i found it a while ago. and haven't tried everything

but Update 10.7.2 doesn t put you to the latest iTunes, this ahd to do manually from the Apple Site..
have a look to your iTuenes Version.. had test it out now for myself,, it is not working with itunes 10.5.1

I got the soundcard working, I enabled the on-board sound card and now Quicktimes works.
I think everything is working now, sound, video, sleep.
