Thread: Asus M3N78-EM (Bios:0710) with AMD Phenom X3 8650 installation problems

Hi guys!

I have a system equipped with an Asus M3N78-EM motherboard and an AMD Phenom II X3 (Triple Core) at 2.3GHz. I tried to install Mac OS X via iAtkos v7 DVD with no success. It installs ok (I see the "Installation Succeeded" screen) but in the end it gives me the kernel panic you see in the image I uploaded.

Please, can anyone tell me how to install Mac OS X Snow Leopard on this PC? I want to use it as a Media Center (with PLEX). Until now I had Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit installed on it.

some usb ports doesn't work.

2. quicktime always has crash.

I tried to install Mac OS X to this mobo with no success... I gave up.

if be change usb mode (in bios) to fullspeed (instead hispeed), so usb block devices watched. but qtime have crash.
