    You use DSDT???

If yes, try romoving the DSDT or use this flag at boot > DSDT=No

    I use dsdt.aml.
But deleting the file dsdt.aml, did not help me.
Chameleon wrote memory 3326, but BIOS says memory 4096.

Delete all DSDT.AML that you have in your /Extra folder or at the root of your
    OS X installation disk...

Restart the machine and run Kext Wizard or Kext Utility to rebuild caches...

Restart and run the app that you use to generate your DSDT...

    You can use this > DSDT Auto-Patcher - updated on 05/04/2011 - Downloads - Kexts.com

If your MOBO does't exist in the database, you can ask to the developer make a new one for you > olarila.com • Exibir tópico - DSDT Auto-Patcher

Or use this app to made a new one > EvOsXTeam DSDTFixer , select all patches less "Gigabyte hpet" and "Laptop FN fix"...

Put inside of your /Extra folder and install this chameleon > http://www.kexts.com/view/1429-chame...rc5-r1096.html

Reboot and boot up in Verbose Mode ( -v )....

Use a Linux LiveCD to check if it's a OS X or a general system problem...

    I used linux slax.
As you can see from the screenshots. memory and processor
    Memory in slax shows 3.21gb.
I think this problem in BIOS.

    This MOBO haves OnBoard Video???

If yes maybe you have shared memory for him...

And if you have another PCI Video Card you can disable the shared memory....

But if you don't have a PCI card, at least you can share only 32mb for video because
anyway you no longer will have QE/CI on desktop's onboard video...
