    are you using:
maxmem=XXXX > Set the amount of memory to be used by the system (Replace XXXX for the amount of memory in MB, for example: 1024 = 1gb / 2048 = 2gb)

Do you see 8Gb in BIOS screen when booting you PC?

Do you see this in "org.chameleon.Boot.plist":
    <key>maxmem</key>
    <string>4096</string>

What do you see with Applications>Utilities>System Information.app>memory
Can you see both memory modules and are they 4GB?
Support requests by PM will remain unanswered, sorry.
