    Default Gigabyte EX58A-UD3R DSDT patch

Hi there,i need your help to resolve a problem that seems to come up after my update from 10.6.5 to 10.6.6
I am using vanilla kernel,i think i am using DSDT.aml, its in my disk as far as i can see and i think it has been created with DSDT patcher.

    I am on Gigabyte EX58A-UD3R rev 1.7
    Nvidia GTX 285 1GB
and after the latest update, the system boot up normally,no problem with sound(vodoohda),no kernel panics but the think is that i have from time to time spinning cirle that its loading.
For exaple i am on firefox, and i am trying to open something else...the icon bounces on the dock and crashes,i have to wait 10-15 seconds and it returns to normal.
There are times that i can use my PC for a long time and nothing happens and other times that crashes very often.
Before i have never had this issue,so its the update to blaim for.Do i have to patch again my DSDT to solve this?

    Thanks
