Ha...tried uploading, but never would work. I'm trying to post it somewhere so I can link it... coming shortly.

    Here's a screenshot...not great, but still readable.

Ok, got it up. Let me know if that gives any insight. Thanks.

    It`s strange...

You told that this KP occurs when you`re booting with 32bit kernel but on this image tells that you are booting with the 64bit kernel...

For OS X Lion you need to add the key below to use 32bit kernel instead of use the flag arch=i386 as a kernel flag...

    Code:
    <key>arch</key>
    <string>i386</string>
    MB - GA-P67A-D3-B3 / Processor - Core i5-2300 Sandy Bridge / RAM - Kingston 16Gb DDR3
    Hard Disk - SATA2 Samsung 1500Gb / SATA2 Samsung 500Gb / SATA2 Samsung 250Gb / SATA2 Maxtor 160Gb
    Drive DVD - SATA LG GH20NS15 / Lan - Realtek RTL8111E OnBoard / Audio1 - ALC889 / Audio2 - Audigy SB1394
    Video1 - NVidia Zotac GeForce GTS250 / Video2 - NVidia XFX GeForce 9600GSO
    Snow Leopard 10.6.8 x64 / Ubuntu 11.10 Beta2 x64 / OS X Lion 10.7.3 x64 / Playing with Android-x86

Do I need the key in both the org.chameleon.boot.plist and the com.apple.boot.plist? Or just Chameleon?

Also, just to note, the DW1510 actually did work out of the box. Turns out an updated IONetworkingFamily.kext I found in someone's packaged Dell Studio 1558 files (included a number of kexts) was causing problems. Reverted back to the original one installed by Lion, and it works like a charm!

    Chameleon below version 1099 = com.apple.Boot.plist

    Chameleon above version 1100 = org.chameleon.Boot.plist
