    Default About This Website

I wanted to take a few moments to describe the purpose of the EFi-X Users website.

First and foremost, our forums were originally set up as a usergroup or fansite of sorts for the EFi-X. This was proposed to members of ASEM, and no response was given after nearly a month.

Within that period of time, the increasingly negative, rude, and disrespectful behavior from ASEM and its volunteer moderators towards their customers became loud enough that, as a customer, I felt it was my duty as a responsible consumer to inform other customers, prospective or otherwise, about this kind of behavior, and to investigate the products and business practices of ASEM and its employees.

EFi-X Users has since become a destination and resource for customers who have gone through a similar experience, and hopefully will serve as a source of information and testimony for those who are considering purchasing an EFi-X.

Our goal here is now threefold:
    • Warn customers about the problems with EFi-X.
    • Help dissatisfied customers find alternative solutions that do not involve EFi-X.
    • Continue to investigate the questionable business practices of ASEM and the technology involved in EFi-X.

So far, our site has brought a wealth of new knowledge about EFi-X, ASEM, and the people behind it. Some of the information that has been discovered thus far has already shown EFi-X does not contain the components advertised, and ASEM is breaking copyright law due to multiple instances where copyrighted or otherwise protected works were used without permission. These findings show evidence of ASEM's violation of international copyright and business laws, and they have been forwarded to the authorities.

While these findings likely will not result in any sort of legal action against the manufacturer, hopefully they will serve as enough evidence to encourage prospective customers to avoid purchasing EFi-X and staying away from ASEM's products altogether.

I hope you will find these forums as a valuable resource, and encourage you to tell anyone you know who is thinking about buying or already owns an EFi-X to visit us.

Our new Warn the World forum (credit to DesignCritique for the name!) contains excellent information about the truth behind EFi-X and links to articles from respected technology websites around the world that have reported on this information.

If you haven't checked them out yet, I highly suggest you do!
