CPU should be N570, 2 cores, 4 threads, 64 bit, the Broadcom WLAN sounds good too.
However the GMA 31XX most likely wont let you have QE/CI with your Macbook.
So 10.6 could be done, but many graphic functions will have issues, e.g. Command-Shift-3 for screenshots or pictures with Preview not working.
A guy from Spain just posted in a German forum, that he installed 10.6 on his Asus 1001px / GMA 3150.
With NetbookInstaller 0.8.5pre ge got a screen resolution of 1024x600.

GMA 31XX chipsets were made mainly to torture the Hackintosh community.
Apple dropped the Atom cpu support after 10.6.1, but you can use a legacy kernel.
Support requests by PM will remain unanswered, sorry.

I only used NBI once. Its pretty straight forward, if you have working Mac.
    http://code.google.com/p/netbook-installer/
I "Restored" the Snow DVD to a USB device with DU and ran Netbookbootmaker over the USB stick.
Booted with the stick, let the OSX installer do his part and tried to customize with Netbookinstaller.
I recall issues with the OSX installer hanging 10 minutes before finish, but the OS was installed anyway.

This is the thread of the guy from Spain: GMA 3150 Auflösungsproblem - Grafikkarten - Hackintosh-Forum.de - Das beste deutsche Hackintosh Forum
Maybe you can ask him about his proceedings?
