Hi all, I' ve an asus k53sv. i post the specification
processore: intel core i7 2630 QM
chipset intel hm65 express chipset
memoria ram: ddr3 1333 Mhz SDRAM 2 x SO-DIMM (6 gb totali)
scheda video: nvidia geforce gt540M da 2 gb ddr3
scheda di rete: wifi: Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter LAN : Realtek RTL8168/8111 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Adapter
scheda audio: Realtek ALC269 @ Intel Cougar Point PCH - High Definition Audio Controller [B-3]

In this forum i find these kext for my pc
GT 540M kext - Downloads - OSx86.net and ASUS K53SV-SX246R KIT - Downloads - OSx86.net. So if I' ve these kext can I install mac os lion on my pc?

GF does not work. Only the HD3000 - Optimus system. Kexts entered work, I have the same laptop.

Thanks! I use my pc in particular for soud editing and i use an external sound card. So which guide can I follow to install lion on my pc? Sorry for my bad english! =P

But you must have now osx may be in a virtual machine

i have pretty much same config.
Asus k53sv sx521v
i7 2670 QM 2.20ghz 3.20 turbo
8gb ram don't know the bus speed
750gb hdd 5200rpm
gt 540m 2gb
intel hm65 express chipset
wifi = atheros
lan = realtek
i don't have a dsdt and don't know how to get one
the problem i have is that i installed through myhack everything seems to work except usb 3 gfx card and i can't boot frm hdd
yesterday i installed mountain lion and i can't get it to boot. finished installing . I can only boot it into -v -x -f without that it strucks on ntfs error

Hi there, can i ask you something AdamiPL? I have ever seen your videos on youtube before i found you here! xD So, my question is: "Have you enable the wireless connexion? If Yes, how?" I have put the atheros kexts in it, but no way... My ethernet, sound, my gt540m works with 2gb (you have to deactivate the intel hd 3000, that's all, when you install mac osx, just pick natit drivers, and unpick the intel drivers, and pick remove graphic kexts (I think it's that if i remember) and put this kext in post installation: GT 540M kext - Downloads - OSx86.net ) So, the only thing i don't have is the wifi... :s (For my graphic card, i can play diablo III without any problem at full settings, so it works i think! :3 )

Hi, could you please tell exactely which intel kexts to remove and which NVIDIA kexts to install in order to enable the 540M? I've ML already installed

Ciao Ho anche io un K53SV, come hai rispolto con l'installazione di OSX sul notebook ASUS?
Anche io, dopo l'installazione, ho problemi con l'avvio del sistema operativo.
In pratica si blocca sulla mela.
Forse devo avviare con una procedura diversa? (-f -v atc atc????)

Hai più risolto?
Io mi trovo nella situazione di blocco all'avvio del sistema operativo e precisamente fermo sul logo apple.
Vorrei capire se dopo l'isntallazione devo avviare in fase di book con una procedura particolare e capire se devo utilizzare Chameleon per risolvere problematiche di kext.

Non sono praticissimo di hackintosh e quindi mi occorre una guida facile.
