I used CPU-X on the installed 10.7.2 (updated to 10.7.4) on my lappy which is

Toshiba satellite L755-M1DU

i5 2430m
4 GB
640 GB
Dual Layer Optical
1 GB Nvidia
Intel HM65.

CPU-x reports as 2 core 16 module ? mine is 2 cores 2 modules.

Do I need any other kext for this cpu ?

Don't worry you do not need a kext. The hardware is detected alright.
It's CPU-X. This is an old program from netkas and not updated. It's from 2008.
My i7 is shown as a socket 775 LOL
